What is the South Asian Addiction Case Management Program?
The South Asian Addiction Program provides help and support to clients who are dealing with the problems associated with alcohol and drug abuse. The Case Manager completes assessment and provides one to one counseling to the individuals including their family members. In addition, the clients are supported through a variety of group programs and a day programs.
Who can benefit?
Men and women, 16 years of age and over, who are affected by addiction problems.

-Services are in Punjabi, Hindi, Tamil and Urdu
-Individual and family counseling
-Enroll in the Group Program, Day Program and the Relapse Prevention Program
-Understand Withdrawal Management
-Referrals to appropriate programs in the community
-Support addressing recovery goals
How are referrals made?
Referrals are made by calling 905.677.0889. Community Based Agencies, Probation Officers, Lawyers, Religious leaders, Family Members, Family Physicians and individuals may make a referral.

Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with extended hours based on clients’ availability.
