Punjabi Community Health Services (PCHS) provides a wide range of services to individuals with addictions and mental illness. In addition, PCHS has developed the Sahara Seniors program to look after the needs of South Asian healthy seniors. PCHS, Supportive Housing in Peel, and Peel Senior Link also deliver services to high risk seniors through and Integrated Approach.

Punjabi Community Health Services (PCHS) uses a community development approach to develop leadership skills within the South Asian community. These leadership skills allows the community members to engage in fulfilling their civic responsibilities. These skills also allows parents to participate in the schools and become better parents. These skills also allows for communities to become more cohesive and integrated.
