03 March 2012The Behaviour Supports Ontario project (BSO) is a provincial initiative in response to the growing number of older adults with cognitive impairment due to mental health, dementia, addictions and other neurological conditions who exhibit associated responsive behaviours. The objective of the BSO project is to improve the quality of care and quality of life for these population and their caregivers at their place of residence (at home, long term care homes or elsewhere in the community).
